HELP ME ( I need ideas- career/college/anything!!) (easy pnts)?

Where would I be able to find a good/free career assessment test as well? .. the ones where you take a test… it tells you jobs that suit you and tells you all about the jobs & the salary(s) etc!

I love children and have been a nanny forever… however… that’s not a lifetime/ secure job… Also… I was always spoiled by my dad growing up and (ex) husband when I was married… now all of that is gone… and I have grown up more the last few years then my entire life at home/school… I love helping others. I love fashion. I love working on the computer. I learn very easily. I work well by myself and great with others as well. I want to make good money. I am willing to go to school for any amount of time, as long as it’s towards the right career path for me…. PLEASE HELP!!! :)

PS
I am sort of picky but I am very open minded. I love doing lots of things! I love animals, I love singing in bands, I love giving speeches to help others…! I love working with fashion and remodelign houses. I also like to just sit at home and type! There are so many things people tell me I am good at, and I like doing them all… That is why I am so confused on what to go into and what to start doing… so I need MAJOR advice

You sound really nice, you like children and are ready to learn. I think that you would make a great teacher! You could teach younger children or you could teach a specific subject (you said that you like singing, so maybe music? Or you could be a textiles teacher?) teaching is good because you get paid quite alot. You get loads of holidays every year, you can help children to learn and you can teach others about a subject that you love! Everyone’s happy!

Hope that helped Good luck finding a job!

I think you should look into university, if you haven’t gone already. At a university, you wind up developing what interests you intellectually, along with the skill set you get there. Finding a career path is not just about what you love doing, but what you’re good at professionally.

Stay away from those career tests like they used to give in junior high and high school. They are designed, for the most part, by morons (or people with degrees in “education” which is much the same thing), and their major goal would be to categorize you in a way that fits the mind set of the people designing the so-called test. Why would you want to put yourself in a box like that? Anything that gives you a set of easy, ready-made answers should be suspect.

That’s all I can say not knowing you personally. Feel free to message me or IM me if you’d like to chat about it.
